Residential propane

Will-call propane delivery

You watch the tank and call us when you want a delivery.

What it is

Will-Call Delivery, explained

Will-call means you decide when to order. You check the gauge, you call the office, and we put you on the schedule.

It suits a home that uses propane lightly or seasonally, where an automatic forecast would not have much to work from.

How it works

  1. You check the gauge

Call before the tank gets low, not after.

  2. You call the office

A person in San Antonio takes the order.

  3. We schedule the delivery

You are added to the next run for your area.

Common questions

How low should I let the tank get before calling?

Call while there is still a comfortable margin rather than waiting for the gauge to reach the bottom.

Can I switch to Keep Full later?

Yes. Call the office and we will move the account over.

How much notice do you need?

Lead time for a will-call delivery is the normal standard of same day delivery if the call is received by 10:00am, or next day delivery.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Right now weekend deliveries are for emergency calls only. But as we get further into the winter schedule there will be some Saturday deliveries only. We are always closed on Sundays.
