What plans do you offer?
We provide one plan, the Budget Payment Plan, and it is straightforward. There is no fee to be on it, though a form of payment must be on your account to withdraw the agreed payment, and the account must be at a zero balance before you are placed on the plan.

Any time. Our budget plans run year-round, so you can enroll whenever it suits you.
